Easy and Perfect

Cancelled my order, the morning after making it. Having recieved a cancellation confirmation email, i thought it was all sorted. However five days later the Meater block arrived and my credit card was charged. I put in a submission to their customer service department with no reply and also had someone from their social media ask me for my order number, but then stop replying. As also stated on here, premium prices and pretty awful customer service

I did post a very negative review as I could get product working and was disappointed with the way it was being handle by the company,
The company have since contacted me and are sending replacement which I’m happy with as I do like what the product can offer.
I did mention that there was no help line as all contact is via email this is an area that the company are looking into.

The best Bluetooth meat thermometer yet! Bluetooth limits distance you can move from the grill, but always perfect meats!

I've used this product over 100 times and it is perfect evertime.

One of my favorite tools in my food preparation toolbox. Makes cooking meats almost foolproof.
I had an issue with the ambient temp readings being off. I checked the probe and made sure that the black part of it was outside the meat and Voila? You also have to remember that when you set the target temp it includes the resting time.

Perfect roast beef and it wasn’t the most expensive one, for a change.
